We are continually expanding to meet your needs. Through our parent company, The Housing and Economic Development Corporation, we will soon be able to provide affordable housing options, more economic development opportunities and economic recovery assistance.

We specialize in helping under-served communities throughout San Diego County, including families on Section 8 housing, the disabled, older persons on fixed incomes, ethnic minorities and immigrant families of Latino, African and Asian heritage. Through our partnerships with governmental agencies, non-profits and major banks we will help you navigate these major life events.
Scam artists are preying on homeowners facing foreclosure. Lured by promises of help saving their home, these homeowners are losing their homes as well as thousands of dollars.
We have partnered with NeighborWorks America® and National Council of La Raza on their national public education campaign to help protect you against loan modification scams, find legitimate help and combat illegal loan scam activity.

Have you been the victim of a loan scam?
Click here to file a complaint with the Lawyer’s Committee against companies or individuals that may have fraudulently or illegally claimed they could help you obtain a loan modification or avoid foreclosure. With your permission the complaint will be sent to law enforcement agencies for review.
